ADECS 2018 Post-Show Press Release
ADECS 2018 took place on the 30-31 January 2018, with industry influencers, military officials and government delegations all arriving en masse to the Marina Bay Sands, Singapore for 2 days of exclusive content with 4 conferences: Undersea Defence Technology (UDT) Asia, Military Training & Simulation (MilSim) Asia, Maritime Defence Asia and AOC Electronic Warfare (EW) Singapore.

The combined format of ADECS launched for 2018 has allowed for expanding numbers of exhibitors and visitors providing them with the opportunity to explore the entire exhibition across all themes. The exhibition hall showcased future capabilities and technology, with 39 companies exhibiting, an increase of 25% up from last year. This success sits alongside our record breaking military and government delegate attendance.
The exhibition brought together 96 VIP attendees from 38 different countries – all with esteemed military careers or long standing commitments to progression of their government and military capabilities. 39 countries were represented at ADECS 2018, with just shy of 1000 attendees, another record success for ADECS 2018.
With over 60 speakers at ADECS 2018, crossing over 4 streams of content, ADECS was able to showcase some of the most innovative technologies and solutions available in the industry.

Those that attended the exhibition or conferences would have seen the volume of industry relevant community contributors driven by our tailored content programmes that are focused on regional issues. With almost 1000 visitors at ADECS this year, we are very excited to see how we can expand and grow this brand in the coming years – that said, whilst numbers are important, the quality of content at ADECS 2018 was what drove this success and will look to do so again in 2019.
